Surprisingly enough, some of our customers stated they had quotes from other A/C companies ranging from $9,000 to $12,000 on premium systems.

With Metals SO – HIGH and Efficiency now is the WORD and the LAW, we are doing our part in rolling back prices by doing VOLUME. Don’t become part of a DEMAND MARKET; save up, and let’s get your system upgraded before it conks out. More on this webpage

Our A/C & Heating Service always a technician in your area.

Now don’t worry that you are dealing with some HUGE Corporation that thinks you’re just a service order number. No, you are not. We are a Family Owned and Operated HVAC Business that has earned our wings to get the same discounts as the Corporate Giants who could care less about your installation and who probably pay more attention to their Legal Staff when something goes wrong rather than focusing on getting it right the first time!

Now that we are introduced let’s discuss your new system and its components. Your choices to set up a good system may include the following: a Gas or Electric Heater with the blower section built in, an Evaporator Coil that mounts next to the outbound air of the Heater, a Filtration system that attaches to the inbound air of the Heater, and a Condenser or Heat-Pump Unit located outside. A site visit will determine the equipment locations’ existing conditions, the effectiveness of your existing ducting system, and the usability of the refrigerant lines that run from your Evaporator Coil to your outdoor Unit.

In the past, we found that 1 out of 7 houses must have some changes to get the most benefit from your New System. So, for the most part, chances are you should be fine – most problems would be, i.e., Ducting falling apart or a Refrigerant line set that is now too small to re-use.

Otherwise, we should be able to look over your situation one day – make suggestions – and complete your system installation in one full day.

Other Options you may consider are the type of filtration you desire. We recommend a filter base that can be used for a changed once-a-year type pleated filter setup that can also be easily upgraded to the electrostatic type filtration by purchasing the added inserts and adding the control wire to your Heater control board that we could happily do at a later time. When choosing to update to the electrostatic filtration later, we suggest that you install a Variable speed Heater as it will blow 24 hours a day in a coasting mode that saves lots of energy and allows you to get the full value of continued refreshed air across the electronic filter.

One other option to consider is a Humidifier System. Although not so popular in North Texas, some may find the need to run a higher humidity in the winter months due to Health Conditions, Preservation of Fine Antiques, or the need to keep tabled Cigars at the proper moisture level before incineration.

Other than the above options, we have not spoken of efficiencies. 13 Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating (SEER) is the minimum; you can go as high as 19 for now. The reasonable pricing stops at 14 SEER. Above 15, you will need 2-speed Compressors, Variable speed indoor blowers, and an upgraded Thermostat to run the equipment.

Give us a call, and we can Get-er-Done!

Are you considering adding additional attic insulation to your home? What better place is there to invest your money? Insulation is an investment that pays you back in many ways. Have you compared utility bills with your neighbors? How much can you save by adding insulation to your attic every month? That depends on how hot or cool you keep your house, but 20%, 30%, 40%, or more during peak months is not uncommon. Isn’t it time to quit letting your hard-earned money escape through your ceiling? Don’t forget; there are more benefits from adding attic insulation to your home than just saving money every month on your utility bills.

For one thing, your home is more comfortable. It’s much easier to keep your house at the temperature you desire if your home is properly insulated. And that fact leads to one of the most important benefits. Your air conditioning and heating equipment will not run constantly when it gets extremely hot or cold outside. Think about how much wear and tear your air conditioning system experiences throughout a torrid summer. Air conditioning and heating equipment are expensive, and so are repairs. When you insulate your home, you protect the equipment that keeps you comfortable. With so many benefits from adding insulation, why would you wait any longer? Are you putting off insulating your home because you think you might move away?

Wait no longer. Not only will you save money on your utility bills, but insulation is a selling feature. Will a potential buyer choose your home over a neighboring house with inadequate insulation levels? Of course, there is no reason to delay any longer. Call us for a free quote today. We can have you saving money in no time.
